Privacy

The short, honest version
Bottom line: nothing about you leaves your device that we don't strictly need. We don't have user accounts, analytics, ad trackers, or a way to identify you. We just route bikes.

What we collect on our servers

Nothing. No accounts, no cookies that we set, no analytics, no fingerprinting. Routes are computed in the moment from the lat/lng coordinates you send, then forgotten.

Standard web-server access logs (IP address + timestamp + URL) may be retained for a few days for debugging and abuse prevention, then deleted. No analysis is done on them.

What lives in your browser only

Clear your browser data for this site and all of it goes away.

Geolocation

We don't currently use your location. If we add a "navigate while you ride" feature in the future, your phone's GPS coordinates will stay in your browser — they won't be transmitted to our servers.

Third-party services your browser talks to

To display the map and find addresses, your browser makes requests directly to:

These services see your IP address as part of any internet request. We have no relationship with them about you, and they each have their own privacy policies (linked above).
